This was an issue on my work laptop and it cleared it right up. Just letting everyone know it works on Microsoft too. The problem has been solved For those of you it didn't work yet, try this. That's it. After much googling your post actually fixed my issue YAY! Now my word doc is showing spelling and grammar mistakes! After much searching, this worked great. I'm going to tell you that if you have a word document that has the 'Grammarly' app installed then transfer your document to another computer without it, this will stuff up the spell checker on the existing document.
