Can you sand g10

Do I need any tools other than a respirator, eye protection, and various grits of sandpaper? I envisioned doing this by laying a sheet of sandpaper on a smooth surface and rubbing the handles back and forth until the desired smoothness is achieved, but then again I have never tried this and I don't want to butcher my knife handles.

Post by seber » Thu Sep 28, pm Speaking from total ignorance of the material characteristics, I would back your abrasive with a hard surface to avoid undercutting and an uneven finished edge.
